Vinyasa Yoga is a physically challenging vigorous,
breath based practice consisting of strong flowing movement.
Open to students who have completed 6 months of Level
I course or above and are INJURY FREE and can take care
of themselves independently in class.

Yoga for the Thundering Years:
Yoga for 9-15 Year Olds
In a classic journey of the Spiritual Warrior, as
described in the Navaho tradition, a young warrior prepares
for the adult life by harnessing the fierce power of
the “Thunderers”. The Thunderers are spirit
guides that represent the many forms of intensity that
are part of the young warriors life. The journey into
adulthood is the intended time to claim the Warriors
way. All the intensity, beauty, difficulty, and questions
of the Thundering Years are designed to challenge us
to determine what path we are going to take in life.This
Yoga class can help the Young ones in their Thundering
years to find balance by harnessing this intensity,
this power we have and use it in creative and meaningful
ways.
Young people ages 9 to 15 join us to explore the many
facets of yoga.Cultivate balance, compassion, joy, strength
and flexibility.
Class Times: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from
4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Fee: $40 for 4-class punch card or $12 for drop-in

Kettlebell Training
Kettlebell training strengthens the stabilizer muscles in your body (your core), which gives you strength for your real life. Kettlebell exercises also teach you to use a full range of motion to strengthen your entire body at one time. Using your whole body dynamically is the best way to train yourself for overall fitness and strength. Kettlebells help with coordination and balance, cardio-vascular fitness, fat loss, and dynamic strength for sporting events. While losing fat you will gain strength and endurance, becoming stronger and improving your overall condition.
